The Stationery Studio began in 1994 as a passion project and work of love for its entrepreneurial founder Renee Redman. At the time, the Chicago-based public relations consultant and mother of two shifted gears and started a home business selling handmade note cards. In addition to stationery, she offered a growing selection of custom invitations and personalized gifts and accessories, meeting personally with clients in her living room.
In 1997, she addressed a growing client base by developing a website, TheStationeryStudio.com. It was one of the first online personalized stationery and gift businesses in the country. Thus began a new era for the brand.
The website continued to evolve into one of the largest premier personalized stationery and gift businesses in the country, currently offering more than 15,000 personalized items.
“We became a one-stop shop for chic and unique personalized gifts. We make the shopping experience easy so our customers can create their perfect personalized products,” said Renee.
Our experienced in-house customer service team is the heart of TheStationeryStudio.com. “Their dedication, eye for detail, and personal attention to each order gives our customers reassurance that their products are carefully created,” said Redman.
TheStationeryStudio.com has won numerous distinguished honors, including the Trendy Online Stationer of the Year Award from Stationery Trends Magazine, the industry’s highest honor. The company also takes pride in supporting new designers who create personalized stationery, invitations, party accents and custom gifts.
The Stationery Studio loves to interact with customers through their social media channels including Facebook, Pinterest, twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat. In 2017, we introduced our Tastemakers program featuring national lifestyle experts and their favorite gift picks from TheStationeryStudio.com.
With its popularity and success, TheStationeryStudio.com has garnered a great deal of national media recognition, including frequent product mentions on the TODAY show, Martha Stewart weddings, HGTV magazine, “O” The Oprah Magazine, Bustle.com, In Style, Real Simple, and other highly-acclaimed media outlets.
