To whom it may concern, I recently ordered some personalized stationery for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did it arrive ahead of time, but the presentation of the package impressed me enough to write to you. I am not sure if the customer service email is the best method, but I feel I often notice good/bad service and never take the time to praise the good. I expected the stationery to just come in a manila envelope type package that I would have to later wrap on my own. However, (as you are aware) it came in a beautiful box with your brand and spectacular tissue and paper inside that actually matched the stationery purchased. I don't have to do a thing as far as wrapping because you took care of that for me! It is a much more beautiful presentation than I could ever have managed and I just wanted to say thank you. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I think, too often, online orders are treated simply as a 'number', but I felt that your company really cared about the gift my mom was going to receive. Dear Sirs I am incredibly pleased with your website and customer service. In an age when everything is rushed it is VERY nice to find a company who understands timeliness as well as perfect craftsmanship and impeccable customer service. I ordered several personalized pieces for my best friend as a wedding present. I was emailed a day after placing my order to inform me two of the items may not print as I expected and requesting my response before proceeding. It was refreshing to have a vendor ask questions before creating a product that might not meet the customer's expectations. When I responded that I didn't want those items because the entire order was a wedding gift, I was promptly refunded the full cost of both items along with a portion of the shipping and handling. Very Classy. When the packages began arriving, within days of ordering, they were packaged perfectly and the personalization was gorgeous. I am so happy with my purchases and with the quick and beautiful service I received. I plan on recommending your site to anyone who is in need of a unique, classy gift. I found out that I needed to get shower invitations four weeks before the actual shower date and found extremely cute ones on your website. But according to your site it would take 3-4 weeks just to have them made. I called customer service and spoke with Rachel who was able to call and tell me that she could get them out sooner. The only thing that would make it better is if we could preview the item with our text you could have "sample" "watermarked" in the image so no one would "accidentally" duplicate them on their printer or just put some "junk words" in between the text we put in.
