1 cup crushed gingersnap cookies (about 20 cookies)<\/p>\n

1\/3 cup finely chopped pecans<\/p>\n

1\/4 cup butter – melted<\/p>\n

4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened, divided<\/p>\n

1-1\/2 cups sugar, divided<\/p>\n

2 tablespoons cornstarch<\/p>\n

2 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n

4 eggs<\/p>\n

1 cup canned pumpkin<\/p>\n

2 teaspoons ground cinammon<\/p>\n

1-1\/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg<\/p>\n
