throughout the years that satisfies my pumpkin craving without the guilt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.thestationerystudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/IMG_28841.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2975 alignleft\" alt=\"IMG_2884[1]\" pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup skim milk<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup Truvia (or any no calorie sweetner)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.\u00a0 Spray 6-8 ramekins (depending on size) with nonstick cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p><a height=\"306\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour into the ramekins.\u00a0 I like to have the ramekins on a cookie sheet for ease of taking in and out of the oven.\u00a0 Bake for approximately 35 &#8211; 40 minutes.\u00a0 Let cool for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a
