Just follow these easy steps from the staff at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestationerystudio.com\">The Stationery Studio<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 We sat down in our staff kitchen with some Mod Podge, paintbrushes and our personalized napkins and <em>VOILA!<\/em> In less than an hour, we had beautifully decorated Easter Eggs.\u00a0 Imagine the possibilities&#8230;.Our <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestationerystudio.com\/napkins\/personalized-caspari-napkins-c2485.html\">Caspari Napkins<\/a> <\/strong>left over from the Christmas holidays were perfect for the task.\u00a0 You can re-purpose your <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestationerystudio.com\/napkins\/\">custom paper napkins<\/a><\/strong> from Birthday Parties, Christmas or Holiday Parties and use them to decorate Easter Eggs with these instructions:<\/p>\n<div>\n<dl id=\"attachment_1272\">\n<dt><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.thestationerystudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/DecoEgg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"DecoEgg\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.thestationerystudio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/DecoEgg.jpg\" width=\"690\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/dt>\n<dd>Easy Tips for Decorating Easter Eggs<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need for Easy Egg Decorating\/Decoupaging with Paper Napkins:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Decoupage Tools and Materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sharp scissors<\/li>\n<li>Paint Brushes &#8211; various sizes<\/li>\n<li>Paper napkins (we used <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestationerystudio.com\/index.cfm\/fuseaction\/catalog.viewProduct\/productID\/24564\/catId\/2485\/Bright_Lights_Pearl_Caspari_Napkins.html\"><strong>Bright Lights Pearl Caspari Napkins<\/strong><\/a> from TheStationeryStudio.com; $48 per 100)<\/li>\n<li>Mod Podge (Matte-Mat) glue sealant (available at most craft stores or online)<\/li>\n<li>Blown-out eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Blow Out Eggs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Pierce both ends of a raw egg using the tip of a paper clip or a sharp-edged knife.\u00a0 Twist gently in holes to widen them slightly, with bottom hole a bit larger.<\/p>\n<p>2. Poke a toothpick into the larger hole; pierce yolk, and stir.<\/p>\n<p>3. Hold egg, larger hole down, over a bowl. Blow air into egg until all the contents are out of the shell. Rinse egg with warm water; drain. Blow air into egg again. Let dry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Paper-Napkin Decoupage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Find a napkin design that can be re-purposed for Easter.\u00a0 Trim loosely around the designs on your custom 3-ply paper napkin using sharp scissors. Separate printed top layer; you only need to use the top layer.<\/p>\n<p>2. Coat part of a blown-out white egg with Mod Podge using a small paint brush. Apply 1 cutout design to egg (see pictures above); smooth with brush. Let dry. Repeat, adding designs as desired.<\/p>\n<p>3. Apply Mod Podge with a medium brush to entire egg.
