Weddings are back!  Couples are ready to say “I do” after putting their nuptials on hold due to the pandemic.  While everyone was waiting to reschedule or set a date, new wedding trends emerged in response to the quarantine.  We’re starting to see different color palettes and something blue is a trend we’re absolutely loving!  From powder blue to cornflower, all shades of light blue are a stand out as the hot color trend of 2021.  Blue is seasonless so you can use it anytime of year and from everything to bridal shower invitations to dresses to flowers.  Check out some of our favorite light blue wedding inspirations on Pinterest.

Wedding Inspiration: Navy & Pink

21 Aug

color-palate-inspiration

This week’s wedding inspiration is navy and pink.  We’ve seen a lot of this color combination trending lately and we love it!  We love the shades of pink from carnation to ballet pink paired with classic navy.  I think it’s perfect for a Spring or Summer wedding.

#WeddingWednesday

16 Jul

Did you know today is #weddingwednesday?  Doing all things social media, I see all the trends and hashtags.  I have been married for quite some time and I started thinking about the trends when I said “I do” and realized how different they are now.

There was no Pinterest when I walked down the aisle.  I know how inspired (or “Pinspired”) I would have been with the truly amazing and creative ideas people pin.  At my niece’s recent bridal shower, I was in amazement at the ideas they came up with … all from Pinterest!  This Mimosa Drink station was probably my favorite from her shower.  Isn’t it adorable?

We’ve put together ideas for weddings on our Pinterest boards for you to get inspired from the engagement to the “I do” with ideas for invitations, color themes, favors and much more.   Tell us your creative ideas whether it was for your own wedding or if you helped plan someone’s bridal shower or wedding.  I’d love to hear what fun ideas you came up with!

xoxo
