Their customer service was awesome. I thought I was reordering some bathroom towels I had ordered a couple of years ago. I went to the website and selected what I thought was the same towels I had previously ordered. Within minutes of placing the order, I got a call saying Stationary Studio believes I had ordered the wrong towels. After calling them back they quickly got everything straightened out. They cancelled my original order, placed the new one, which was less expensive, and credited my card. The two ladies I worked with were courteous, helpful and action oriented. One was the receptionist who, seeing that the woman I was calling was on another line, took over and handled the situation. Then relayed the information to my contact to check.
