We work with over 75 of the leading stationery and personalized product manufacturers in the country.  All products are custom produced by professionals and all items are made in the U.S.A.

Can I pick up an order at The Stationery Studio offices or factory locations?
We do not create any personalized items at our office location.  The products are made a various factories around the U.S. and all items must be shipped.  We are not set-up for pick-up service at any of our factories.   We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you have physical stores I can visit to view products?
The Stationery Studio is an online business and does not have any physical locations. The products we offer are produced at many factories around the country and must be shipped to a recipient.

Do you offer donations?
While we would love to support each and every fundraising organization, we receive requests from several dozen charities each week. We truly wish that we could support everyone with donations but at this time we must limit our donations to more national charities. We wish all  organization great success in its endeavors.  If there is a request for a donation please email it to [email protected] with all the details and we will consider each request on an individual basis.

Do you work directly with artists?
We do not work directly with artists, rather we work with a select group of design studios and manufacturers/printers. With regard to pursuing a career in illustration, a good place to start is by contacting local graphic design and advertising agencies. You can put together a portfolio book showing at least 8-10 samples of your best work and perhaps they can make suggestions on how to best market your work. In addition, you can do an Internet search on words such as "freelance illustration". There are a number of websites that connect artists with customers. It is important before anyone does any work-for-hire that everyone involved understands the terms of agreement, such as price, deadline, redo charges (if any) and usage (how will the illustrations be used, how many times will they be reproduced, can they be resold, etc.). You may also want to see if there is a community college nearby that offers a course in Graphic Design. Even if you do not take the course, I expect the instructor should be able to also give some good advice. It is wonderful if you have a passion for the arts and pursuing such an avenue. We would encourage you to continue with training through college or art school. Many colleges offer B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts) degrees which will give a solid background in art history, communications and visual arts. Best wishes for a successful future.

Is TSS a Secured Website?
You can feel secure while shopping on our site as we offer our customers a user-friendly and safe online shopping environment, featuring unique products at exceptional values. When you purchase from The Stationery Studio, we only collect the necessary information needed to process your order.

We never share this information with any third party. We use your e-mail address to communicate with you regarding an inquiry or order. When you access our site using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by The Stationery Studio.

Once you make a purchase from our online store, your name also becomes part of our customer file.
