While we do not currently offer gift wrapping services, please know that most of our products are packaged as a nice presentation, appropriate to the product. We offer a Gift Reminder program which you can join by visiting the My Accounts area, logging in, and selecting as many upcoming holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc, that you would like reminders about. You will get email reminders 3 and 5 weeks before the holiday with a coupon offer reminding you it's time to place an order if you want a personalized present(s).
Our printers count your jobs at several times during the printing process including during the print run, at inspection and as the job is packaged. We can also verify the amount a package should weigh based on the quantity of the item and the shipping weight to verify if there is any shortage.
Please Contact Us to report any discrepancies must be reported within 14 working days from the time you receive your job.
We do not have a mailable catalog at this time due to the size of our product selection with approximately 15,000 items. We keep the website very current so we hope you will bookmark us and browse when you have time.
To help us process your redo request as soon as possible, we would request a sample of the product which we will use to view any error or defect for purposes of quality control. If it’s possible that you can scan or photograph and email us a copy of the issue that is very helpful. It can be emailed to CustomerService@TheStationeryStudio.com If email is not possible, and if time permits, please mail one to us. If you notice that you have provided us with inaccurate information we will look to see where in production your order is. If it has not been sent to the factory yet, we can make the change. JustContact Us and we will change your order accordingly.
If the order has already been sent to the factory we cannot guarantee changes. Some factories are automated and jobs go into immediate production. Some factories will allow changes if the order is not too far into production. If we are not able to make the requested change, we will be glad to offer you a 30% customer courtesy discount on a reprint.
What if there is Damage to the Product When it's Received?
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please Contact Us immediately.
Any damage must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery. No replacements, allowances or credits will be given after this period. You must retain the original packaging to show proof of damage. We will schedule the inspection with the carrier and they have four weeks to schedule an inspection if necessary.
When you are a registerd users at TSS, you can create your own reminder list for Birthdays, Anniversaries and more within the My Account area of the website. You can Add, edit, or delete the gift reminders for your friends and family you shop for at The Stationery Studio. We will send out an Email Notification and Coupon for you to enjoy 5 weeks and 3 weeks prior to the occasion to remind you of the event!
