|How do I request a change to my order?|
|You can Contact Us to see if we can make any changes after you enter an order. Just let us know the order number and what change is needed and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, once an order is in production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, as stated in our Online Policy. Some orders go into automatic production and cannot be changed once submitted. We are unable to make changes that are not requested in writing. Due to the volume of messages we receive, we regret that we cannot guarantee changes even if the email or phone message was received shortly after a custom order was placed.|

|I am Not Sure if My Order Went Through?|
|If you receive an email confirmation it means your order went through to our site. The order confirmation will have an order number on it.
We recommend that our customers never enter an order twice under any circumstances. Orders placed online are the customer's responsibility. If you are not sure if an order was submitted, please Contact Us. If a customer does submit an order twice we cannot guarantee that we can stop the second order due to our fast production.
We can check our credit card system to be sure you were not charged, that's really the best way to be sure. Just contact us with the credit card number you may have used during our office hours and we can double-check for you. Please do not email your credit card number as regular email is not a secured way to transmit the number. Instead, please phone us at 847.541.5800 during office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.). You can also check with your credit card company to see if you were charged from The Stationery Studio to be sure before you reorder.
