Can I Order by Mail? |

We do accept payment for orders submitted by mail. Please go through the ordering process online and once you are on the final review page you can print that out. When mailing the order, please be sure to include your name, phone number with area code, address and email address when you send in the order! We would enter the order manually for you and then email it to you for your approval. You can include a money order or a credit card number. If sending a credit card number, please include your signature, the expiration date and the 3 or 4 digit security code.

Do I Pay Sales Tax? |

Illinois deliveries will pay a 7.5% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free. |

Quantity Discounts |

We offer a discount of 15% off the retail price of an item if you order 10 or more of the same item, even with different imprints. To obtain the discount, please contact us to place a phone order or once you place your online order please email us to have us adjust your charges. For large quantity orders, we can custom quote shipping fees. |

What Payment Methods are Accepted? |

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Money Orders. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
If you would like to pay be a Money Order, please be sure to include your name, phone number with area code, address and email address when you send in the order! We would enter the order and then email it to you for your approval.

When am I Billed for an Order? |

It is our policy to charge a credit card at the time an order is placed. This is the typical policy for most stores which exclusively sell personalized items. The reason for this policy is that we must know that a customer's credit card was approved and processed for us to begin personalization due to the nature of the products we sell. Custom-personalized items cannot be used by other recipients, therefore, we must be sure all charges are valid before production starts. The procedure to charge a credit card before any personalized production is started is considered industry-standard. We do state in our Online Policy that this is how we handle payment. |
