Can I Order by Mail?
We do accept orders submitted by mail. Please go through the ordering process online and once you are on the final review page you can print that out. When mailing the order, please be sure to include your name, phone number with area code, address and email address when you send in the order! We would enter the order manually for you and then email it to you for your approval. You can include a money order or a credit card number. If sending a credit card number, please include your signature, the expiration date and the 3 or 4 digit security code. Do I Pay Sales Tax?
The Stationery Studio is required by law to charge any Illinois deliveries 8% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free.

How Can I get Coupons?
 
We offer an option at checkout where you can join our mailing list and receive emails and promotional coupons from us.  Also, at the bottom of any page on our website, you can can join out mailing list by entering your email address.  We do send out coupons to customers who have joined our mailing list various offers each month but we never know in advance what coupons will be offered or when they will be issued.

How do I order and pay with a Money Order?
In order to use a money order, you can place your order in one of two ways.

1. You can place a phone order and tell the stationery associate you will mail in a money order to: The Stationery Studio 975 Weiland Road, Suite 250 Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

or...
2. You can place the order online... everything up until the payment... and then print it out for us and mail it with the money order to the same address. Please be sure the information you send us includes your name, address and email address. Also, please monitor your email address a few days after you mail it in as we will enter the order for you and email it to you so you can review that we typed it correctly before we place the order... you will need to approve the order by email after we send it to you for review.

If I find the same product on another website, will you match the price?
We are not able to offer price matching. You can often find a coupon that may help you with your order at StationeryCoupons.com or you can sign up for emails from our site. Just visit the bottom right corner of any pages on our site to sign up for email promotions.

What should I do if my charge did not go through?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.  Please also be sure that the billing address you enter matches the billing address on the card you are using.  If there continues to be an issue trying to process your order, please contact your credit card company to check if there is a possible problem or contact us by phone and we will try to process your order manually for you.

When am I Billed for an Order?
We will charge your credit card at the time an order is placed in order to confirm that your credit card is approved before the order is processed. All our orders are personalized and therefore cannot be used by other recipients, therefore, we must be sure all charges are valid before production starts. The procedure to charge a credit card before any personalized production is started is considered industry-standard.
