Can I get Rush Shipping?
You can select 2nd day air or Overnight air at checkout on most items.  Rush shipping changes the delivery time of the order but does not change the production time.

Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time because we primarily ship via trackable carriers. We will need a physical address for delivery.

Can I Ship to an International Destination?
We accept international orders but are only able to ship to a U.S. address at this time. If you have a family or friend who can accept the package for you in the U.S. they can forward it onto your international destination.

We are not able to ship to USVI, Canada, APO or FPO addresses at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Delivery Options and Policies
  • Express Delivery is available for an additional fee. Generally 2nd day air will add $15 for one item and Overnight Air will add $28. For packages with several items or for heavier items there are additional fees. You can see the options for delivery fees appear online as you checkout or you can contact us for a quote.
  • We suggest providing a business address for deliveries when possible. If providing a business address, remember to give the name of the business as well to ensure a timely delivery.
  • We do not require a signature for delivery; however, it is up to your local driver whether they require a signatue or not.  We are also not responsible if a carrier does not leave a package at your home because they require a signature.  We are also not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home. 
  • We are not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us.
  • If a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will need to recharge for the delivery to resend it again. Be sure to include apartment number, suite number or floor number when providing delivery information. Such missing information can result in the package being rerouted to the factory and a second delivery charge made for redelivery.
  • If you call to say you did not receive an order and if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation we are not able to issue any type of replacement. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if such a rare incident occurs. Nearly all our shipments can be tracked from our manufacturing facility to the delivery address

Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to the many variables in production and delivery. The production time for all items appears on the ordering for and we also show the state that the item will ship from. We show product time in working days (Mondays through Fridays) and if the production time happens to fall over a time when a factory is closed, such as a holiday period, that is stated too as a Production Exception. Regarding shipping time, that is in addition to the production time. Please allow 2-5 business days for ground service delivery, depending on where the item is shipping from and where it is shipping to.

Do you put invoices or catalogs in with a delivery?
We never put invoices or catalogs in any shipments. We merely insert a packing slip which states any gift message, if applicable, and the product description along with our company name and phone number and email address in case there is a need to contact us with any questions.

Do You Ship to a Military address such as an APO or FPO address?
Please email us to see if the item(s) you want can be shipped to your military address. Online, we do not accept military addresses destinations any longer because we found that many packages were delayed and not delivered in a timely period.  If we can arrange to ship your order via USPS we will do that.  We  regret any inconvenience but we will certainly try to assist as possible.  We value the contribution you are making to the military and we wish we had a way to service you in a better manner.  You can Contact Us for more information.

Do You Ship to an International Address?
We accept international orders but are only able to ship to a U.S. address at this time. If you wish for an international delivery, perhaps you have a family or friend who can accept the package for you in the U.S. and forward it on to your international destination.

How do I ship to a PO Box?
Since we ship via Federal Express and UPS primarily, we do not offer shipping to a PO Box.  We only ship to home and business locations.

How Long Does Shipping Time Take?
The Production Time estimate is the time from when you order it to the time it should ship out. Our weekday cutoff time is 9 a.m. cst. If you order before 9 a.m. on a business day you can count that day as a day of production. Production time is shown in blue writing next to the image of the product on the order form.

Delivery Time is additional and will depend on what the item is and what state it's shipping from. Our site states where an item ships from. To ship from NY address to CA address address would be estimated at 5 business days. From the Midwest to FL would add 4 business days. From the East or West Coast to Texas adds 5 business days. To a neighboring state normally is 1-2 business days.

We can help you determine production time and time in transit if we know where you are shipping to and what the item is specifically. Just Contact Us and we will gladly assist you!

Note if there are any weather related issues in the delivery area which may delay normal delivery unexpectedly.

We never include any pricing in our packages.  We do include a packing slip which shows the details of the order, our contact information and an optional gift message.

What are the Shipping Rates?
Fees shown below are the fees for ground delivery for contiguous 48 U.S. states. Charges for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are additional and will be shown on your online order.

What Methods Do You Ship?
  • We ship your order via reputable carriers including Federal Express, United Parcel Services, and USPS. Standard delivery generally requires 3-5 working days for your order to reach its U.S. destination. Tracking is available on many of our items from our HOME page.
  • We are not able to ship internationally at this time. You may, however, purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.
  • Since we ship from many locations in the U.S. and since our products are going to many different destinations, it would be advisable to contact us to get a quote on the time in transit for a particular product.
