1. These Terms and Conditions govern The Stationery Studio’s Instagram contest. Their acceptance is a prerequisite for entering the contest, and entrants must observe them at all times. The decision of the judges is final and cannot be appealed. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of The Stationery Studio’s Privacy Policy.

2. Any images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and may not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photo contest. Entrants warrant that the photos they submit are their own work and that they own the copyrights to them. Entrants may only submit photos that were taken with the permission of the depicted subjects and that do not infringe any third-party copyrights or any laws. Swatch disclaims any liability in connection with the submitted photos, and entrants agree to indemnify Swatch against any claims related to the photos.

3. Copyrights to the submitted images will remain with the entrants. However, by entering the contest entrants grant The Stationery Studio a worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual right to feature their images in any of its publications, websites, and promotional materials related to the contest.

4. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, or defective entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for lost entries, and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries may not be sent through agencies or third parties.

5. Participants must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required to claim the prize.

6. Three winning entries will be randomly chosen from the group of all valid entries. The winners will be notified within seven days of the last day of the contest, September 5, 2014.

7. Each winner will receive a set of 25 Shocking Pink Stripe Monogram Foldover Note Cards (http://www.thestationerystudio.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/catalog.viewproduct/productid/41455/catid/0/shocking-pink-stripe-monogram-foldover-note-cards.html) as provided by The Stationery Studio. The winners will be notified by email and requested to provide their complete personalization and shipping details.

8. The prizes are nontransferable and there are no cash alternatives.

9. The winners will bear any taxes or charges levied on the prize.

10. The Stationery Studio disclaims any liability for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, or faulty, for technical reasons or otherwise.

11. The Stationery Studio is not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any person taking part in the contest or suffered as a result of not being able to take part in the contest.

12. Any entrant who submits a false name or address will not be eligible for the prize.

13. By participating in the contest participants grant The Stationery Studio the right to use their data for marketing purposes, subject to their right to refuse future marketing messages at any time. In addition, the winners may be asked, but not required, to take part in promotional campaigns, which may include interviews, photo shoots, and the publication of their names and/or picture.

14. The Stationery Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if it becomes infected by a computer virus or becomes otherwise technically impaired.

15. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
